Services

Vellum Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services throughout Orange County, CA.

Quotes and Pricing

All pricing is custom-quoted based on vehicle type, size, condition, and services requested. A quote is not a binding agreement until confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices may vary for vehicles in heavily soiled condition or requiring additional services beyond the original quote.

Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when the customer provides written confirmation (via text or email) of the agreed price, service, date, time, and location. Do not consider a booking confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from Vellum Auto.

Payment

A non-refundable 10% deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service via Square invoice sent to your email or phone number. Invoices are due upon receipt. We do not accept cash payments. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Cancellations: Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, the deposit is forfeited.
• Reschedules: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit transfers to your new appointment date. Reschedule requests with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
• Vellum cancellations: If we cancel or cannot complete your service due to circumstances on our end (including weather), you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the concern. We will make it right at no additional charge if the concern falls within the scope of the original service.

Limitation of Liability

Vellum Auto Detailing takes reasonable care with all vehicles. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from defective paint or protective coatings, or damage caused by conditions outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
